Subscription Skip Needs Clear Timing
Skipping a Ritual shipment close to the renewal date made me unsure whether the change would affect the upcoming order or only the next cycle. The account shows the skip request, but the billing date is very close. Has anyone contacted support to confirm a late skip, and did they verify whether the current shipment had already entered processing? I would rather confirm the timing before assuming the shipment was successfully skipped.
