Thinking about getting paint protection film on my car around Sacramento, but I want to be careful with who does the work. Bad install seems worse than no film at all. How do you usually check that a shop is legit and knows what they are doing before handing over the keys?

On quality, I pay attention to small things, clean edges around panels, no lifting near the bumper, and whether they mention self healing properties and UV resistance as real specs of the film rather than vague marketing.
